Kick-off of the second cycle of the Department of Excellence of L’EMbeDS 2023 – 2027

Taking place on Friday, March 3, starting at 4 p.m., is the kick-off event for the second cycle (2023 – 2027) of the Department of Excellence L'EMbeDS (Law Economics and Management in the era of Data Science). The initiative takes the opportunity to showcase projects and interventions on some of the most interesting research involving the department, which aims to be a space for innovation arises from the convergence of disciplines, fostering the environment and providing the infrastructure needed to create synergies across scientific domains.

The program will include opening talks by Francesca Chiaromonte, scientific coordinator of L'EMbeDS, and the participation of Francesco Lamperti, professor of Economic Politics at the Institute of Economics, Caterina Sganga, professor of Comparative Private Law at the DIRPOLIS (Law, Politics, Development) Institute; Chiara Seghieri, professor of Social Statistics at the Institute of Management; Andrea Vandin, professor of Computer Science at the Institute of Economics; and Arianna Menciassi, vice rector.
